Operation description:
● ℃/℉：Press “℃/℉” button once to change the temperature unit.
● MAX/MIN：Press “MAX/MIN” button once to display the maximum temperature reading, then press “MAX/MIN” button once again to display the minimum temperature reading, then press again to jump to normal temperature.
● HOLD：Press “HOLD” button once to retain reading, then press “HOLD” button once again to release the HOLD function.
● No use for long time, pls take out the battery.
● The thermometer can not be used or put inside any oven or microwave.
